Educational and supervision means and techniques implemented
According to French Law and the European Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD. EU 2016/97), the training sessions shall be carried out in accordance with a pre-established program which, according to fixed objectives, specifies the pedagogical, technical, and supervisory means used as well as the means to monitor its implementation and to assess its results.
At the issue of the training, we will provide the trainee with a certificate mentioning the objectives, the nature and duration of the training action and the results of the evaluation of the training outcomes.
